About the Journal

The Journal of Business and Social Sciences (JBSS) is a refereed research journal managed by Veritas University College (Veritas) in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. The aims and scope of the journal encompass research articles, original research reports, reviews, short communications, and scientific commentaries from fundamental principles to practical applications in the broad field of global business and social sciences but not limited to:

Publication Frequency

JBSS is published online with a frequency of two (2) issues per year (June and December)

 

Publication Fee

There will be no page charge if the paper is finally accepted, neither will there be any honorary for reviewers. There will be no hardcopy prints.

 

Peer Review Policy

All paper submissions will be pre-screened for conformity with the submission guidelines and overall appropriateness for the journal. Paper submissions that pass the initial screening will be evaluated in a double-blind peer-review process. The editors will supervise the review process, involving selected reviewers from the research community. Acceptance and rejection decisions will be finalized by the Editor-in-Chief.

Copyright of articles that appear in JBSS belongs exclusively to Veritas University College (VERITAS). This copyright covers the rights to reproduce the article, including reprints, electronic reproductions or any other reproductions of similar nature. All authors of the accepted manuscripts are required to fill in the copyright transfer agreement.
